Merflex® and MRW® Systems combine the crack-bridging and waterproofing benefits of Sika’s flexible membrane coatings with the seamless wear protection of an epoxy or a chemical resistant urethane (CRU) top coat.

SIKAFLOOR merflex® & MRW® Systems

Sikafloor® MERFLEX® A CSI Spec | Fire-rated, wear resistant elastomeric membrane floor system. A 1/32" floor system consisting of Valflex® flexible epoxy membrane and Sikafloor 1070 Epoxy topcoat. System options include fiberglass reinforcement for additional tensile strength and/or Sika CRU finish coat. A 1/8" to 3/16" floor system consisting of Valflex® flexible epoxy membrane, aggregate broadcast, and Sika 1070 Epoxy topcoat. System options include fiberglass reinforcement for additional tensile strength and/or Sika CRU finish coat.
