Sikafloor® 105 Epoxy Epo-Rok Mortar Primer A two-component, penetrating 100% solids, light amber, epoxy-based primer/bond coat. Designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically in conjunction with Sikafloor Epo-Rok® epoxy mortar system. Formulated to penetrate and reinforce the concrete substrate in addition to ensuring a tenacious bond between the Sikafloor Epo-Rok epoxy mortar and the concrete floor. Data Sheet • MSDS (Resin) • MSDS (Hardener) Sikafloor® 104 Epoxy Patching Mortar A high solids, three component epoxy patch kit. It consists of a Resin and a Hardener and a specially blended bag of aggregate. Designed for patching and repairing worn and eroded concrete floors in a variety of industries from light to heavy duty. Can be mixed and applied on the job site at a 1/4 inch (6mm) or greater. Formulated to repair and protect concrete floor areas that have been subjected to the harsh effects of abrasive traffic and strong chemical spillages. This product can be placed using a screed and finished by hand troweling or power troweling. Typical thickness is 1/4” (6 mm). Designed for overlaying new and resurfacing worn concrete floors in light to heavy duty industrial applications. Mixed and applied on the jobsite at a nominal 1/4” thickness from pre-proportioned kits, Sikafloor 110 Epo-Rok mortar is ready for use in less than 24 hours. Formulated to restore and protect concrete floors from the harsh effects of abrasive traffic and strong chemical spillages. It is also suitable for patching floor irregularities. The minimum application thickness is 3/16”. Sikafloor 130 is ideal for restoring old or worn concrete or as a protective overlay on new concrete. Designed for overlaying new and resurfacing worn concrete floors in light to heavy duty industrial application. For Facilities requiring a dense surface with high abrasion and impact resistance, and in need of a higher compressive, tensile, and flexural strength. Areas exposed to industrial traffic from steel wheeled carts and forklift trucks. Data Sheet • MSDS (Resin) • MSDS (Hardener) • MSDS (Part C) Sikafloor® 171 Chemical-Resistant Resurfacer Sikafloor 171 is a chemical resistant, five-component, resin rich, monolithic epoxy floor resurfacer primarily designed for power troweling. It is ideal for restoring old or worn concrete or as a protective overlay on new concrete. The extra resin combined with the effects of power troweling produce a very dense, abrasion, and impact-resistant surface resistant to chemical attack producing higher compressive, tensile and flexural strengths. The aggregate-to liquid ratio of Sikafloor 190 does not exceed 4.5-to-1 compared to 6- or 7-to-1 ratio for similar products. The minimum application thickness is 3/16”. |
