Sikafloor® 105 Epoxy Epo-Rok Mortar Primer
A two-component, penetrating 100% solids, light amber, epoxy-based primer/bond coat. Designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically in conjunction with Sikafloor Epo-Rok® epoxy
mortar system. Formulated to penetrate and reinforce the concrete substrate in addition to
ensuring a tenacious bond between the Sikafloor Epo-Rok epoxy mortar and the concrete floor.

Sikafloor® 107 Low Modulus, Low Viscosity Epoxy Primer
A two component high solids, low modulus, low viscosity epoxy primer. This epoxy primer is
specially formulated to form a tough flexible film. This resilient primer has stress relieving and
moisture tolerant properties.Sikafloor 107 is designed as a primer for Sikafloor epoxy and urethane coatings as well as the
broadcast and troweled systems. Sikafloor 107 should be considered where UV exposure is a
concern.

Sikafloor® FTP Moisture Resistant Primer
As a Green Concrete Primer: Sikafloor FTP is a three-component, 36% solids, waterborneepoxy.
As a green concrete primer, Sikafloor FTP will allow Sikafloor systems to be applied to
properly designed green concrete inside the typical 28 day concrete curing window. This primer
is specially formulated for superior penetration and adhesion to a green concrete slab. Primer
application within eight (8) hours of pour eliminates the need for shotblasting of acceptably
designed concrete. Fast Track Primer seals the surface of the slab and can act as a concrete
curing compound to improve the physical properties of the concrete by allowing proper
hydration.
As a Moisture Vapor Treatment: Sikafloor FTP is a three-component, 36% solids,
waterborne-epoxy. As a moisture vapor treatment, Sikafloor FTP will reduce water vapor levels
from as high as 8 lbs. per 1.000 sq.ft. to below the acceptable level of 3 lbs. per 1.000 sq.ft in a
single coat. This application requires a shotblasted surface.

Sikafloor® Vapor Block Vapor Pressure Reduction System
Sikafloor Vapor Block is a two-component, waterborne, vapor pressure reduction system. This product is used when the concrete substrate has been tested and determined to have a moisture vapor issue.
Sikafloor Vapor Block is a seamless moisture vapor reducing system and is recommended to
be overcoated with a Sikafloor system.

Sikafloor® Epo-Cem 81 Self-Leveling, Epoxy-Cement Floor Topping for Structural Resurfacing
Sikafloor 81 EpoCem is a three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxy-modified,
cementitious self-leveling mortar. Especially formulated for leveling and structurally
reprofiling on damp, “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs for thicknesses of 100-160
mil (2.5-4 mm).

Sikafloor® Epo-Cem 82 Self-Leveling, Epoxy-Cement Floor Topping for Structural Resurfacing
Sikafloor 82 EpoCem is a three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxy-modified, cementitious, self-leveling mortar. Specifically formulated for leveling and structurally
reprofiling on damp “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs for thickness of 160-280 mils
(4-7 mm).

Sikafloor® 203 Medium Build Clear Epoxy Binder/Coating
A two component, high solids, epoxy coating for medium to heavy mill thickness applications.
Can be used as clear or with Epoxy Color Additive to achieve a variety of colors. Designed for one coat application from 12 to 20 mils to concrete floors subjected to abrasion
and/or chemical spills, where ease of cleaning, cosmetics and smoothness are a major
consideration.

A two-component, high solids, thixotropic, epoxy based top dressing for use with Sikafloor Epo-Rok® Flooring systems. Can be used as clear or with Epoxy Color Additive to achieve a variety
of colors. Designed for use as a top dressing over Sikafloor Epo-Rok® Flooring Systems to enhance

Sikafloor® 206 High Solids Epoxy with Cycloaliphatic Amine Blend
Sikafloor 206 is a three-component coating system based on a high solids epoxy resin system.
Sikafloor 206 is highly thixotropic, the cured coating will have a high gloss finish with an orange
peel texture. A cycloaliphatic amine-blend curing agent provides good adhesion, physical and
chemical resistant properties.

Sikafloor® 207 General Service Epoxy Binder/Coating
An economical, two component, high solids, epoxy system for use as a coating or as a binder for
a pigmented slurry/broadcast system. Applied using Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additive. Designed for economical base coat application from 5 to 10 mils on concrete floors subjected to
abrasion and/or chemical spills. Provides an economical binder for slurry-type applications.

Sikafloor® 215 Clear Epoxy Topcoat
A two component high solids, low viscosity, clear epoxy coating designed to be applied from 5
to 15 mils. It can be installed as a stand alone coating or used as a binder in a slurry/broadcast
system. Sikafloor 215 is available in clear or with Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additive to achieve a
variety of colors. Sikafloor 215 is water clear and has excellent aesthetic properties.Typical applications would include auto dealerships, institutions, laboratories,
and bathroom/shower areas. Sikafloor 215 should be considered where ever limited UV exposure
is a concern.

Sikafloor® 225 UV Light Stable Epoxy System
Sikafloor 225 is a low odor, high solids epoxy resin coating system primarily designed for high
build coating and decorative quartz/flake applications. Sikafloor 225 is ideal for clear, low odor top coats on decorative quartz or vinyl flake floor systems. It can also also be top coated with an aliphatic urethane when increased chemical and

Sikafloor® 265 Elastomeric Membrane
A two component, high solids and flexible epoxy for use as a flexible membrane.
Sikafloor 265 is a true elastomer for use as a seamless, waterproofing membrane. This unique,
flexible polymer system maximizes flexibility and elongation to provide excellent crack bridging
capabilities. Can be used alone as a Clear or with Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additive.

Sikafloor® 275 Traffic Line Coating (Formerly Traffic Line Paint)
A two component high solids,
high build epoxy resin coating. Sikafloor 275 provides
a very thick and permanent traffic line marker. Because of
the 100% solids, special formulation this system can be
applied at any thickness. This means it will outwear regular
traffic line paints year after year. Standard colors are white
and yellow.

Sikafloor® 700 Chemical Resistant Coating
A two component, high solids, novolac epoxy with exceptional chemical resistance. Sikafloor 700
can be installed as a stand-alone coating. Its versatility allows Sikafloor 700 to be applied as a
topcoat for many of the Sika flooring systems or used as a binder in a slurry/broadcast system.
Can be applied as a clear topcoat or with Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additive to create a variety of
colors. Designed for use as a medium to heavy coat epoxy resurfacer in areas subjected to extremely
harsh chemical spillages. Ideal for use in chemical processing, chemical storage areas, and
battery charge stations.
